About Sandi Neiman Therapy

Change is possible through therapy.

I am a Marital and Family Therapist in Georgetown, Texas. Having worked in healthcare for over 30 years, first as a Speech Language Pathologist and then in numerous leadership roles, I value communication skills and relational fulfillment.

It takes a lot to open your heart to be authentic and genuine in therapy, but knowing that you can change is one of the most rewarding feelings.

My approach is to practice radical honesty. If I feel that my skills can be helpful to your growth, I would love to work with you. If our styles don’t match, I will work hard to find a therapist for you that meets your needs best. My only goal is to help you feel better.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve their relationships with themselves and with others. True happiness and fulfillment are not only possible – they are available to everyone.

About Me

AdminHelping others is my passion.

My passion is working with people who are not feeling their best mentally and emotionally. I know because I’ve been there and had the privilege of working with a fantastic therapist who helped change my life.

Imagine this…

While driving on a major highway going about 65 mph, suddenly, your body starts to sweat and shake, and you can’t see anything. Everything turns grey, and you have no idea where you are.

In your head, you’re shouting, “No, no, no,” but you have no idea what is happening. You finally get off the road safely and think you are in the process of having a heart attack. You call your husband, no answer; call your BFF; then call 911. You’re sure you’re going to die. Your heart is pumping out of your chest. WHAT IS GOING ON?!

This feeling is like a panic attack; I know because this was me. It took me a year to be able to drive again after this, and I could not have done it without the help of a team of medical professionals working through the reasons for my panic disorder.

Anxiety and depression go hand in hand, and I can’t express strongly enough how important it is to get help as soon as you begin to feel these uncomfortable feelings. Therapy can help you identify the source of your anxiety or depression and learn ways to process those feelings differently.

My commitment is to help you find your way through those feelings that keep you stuck.
